To prepare students to be professional teachers in different major fields of specialization such as automotive technology, drafting technology, electronics technology, food technology and garments technology, in all levels in accordance to the expectations and demands of the academic/industrial community and make them agents for development and progress of the society.
- Equip prospective technology and livelihood education teachers with the prescribed professional preparation in all school levels;
- Orient entrepreneurs in putting up shops to generate income and employment;
- Produce quality technicians and technologists who will be encouraged to enter into gainful occupation; and
- Teach functional knowledge and life-long work skill in information and communications technology.
